  • 1 nos cucumber
  • 2 tsp chopped green coriander
  • 2 tsp raisin
  • 6 piece chopped almond
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chat masala.
  • 1 tsp salt..as taste
  • 1 tsp black salt..as taste
  • 1 nos chopped green chilli
  • 1 nos chopped onion
  • 2 tsp melon seeds

Directions

  • C cucumber ko peel kar chop kar le.
  • Potato ko peel kar cut kar le
  • Onion ko peel kar chop kar le.
  • Tomato ko seedless kar chop kar le.
  • Bowl main Lohia, cucumber,chilli,tomato,potato,salt,black salt,chat masala almonds,raisin and lemon juice dal kar mix kare.
  • Fridge main rakh kar cool kar le serve karte time uper se melon seeds garnish kar de.
